This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced service engineer, fluent in German, ready and willing to travel!

This global company manufacturers and develops products and services for the Pharmacy and Hospital environments for medication delivery.  The role involves:

•  Installation: Establishing an agreed installation schedule with the customer, set up/test hardware and software to interface with the local IT department. Customise and configure the equipment to fit customer requirements. Remain onsite for handover.
• Technical support: Provide remote support to customers as required.
  Establish the cause of the problem and provide a solution, where possible, via email or telephone. Attend customer site to rectify the problem if necessary.
  Provide validation support.
• Training: Provide a detailed training solution for customers and colleagues.

This is a varied role and will involve customer visits in support of the sales team to demonstrate equipment.  Covering the UK as well as Europe and the Middle East  you will need to be happy with plenty of travel.
