Acting as Technical Specialist you will work within the company's diagnostic division to provide technical and product support to key laboratories within central London. Your core responsibilities will include training, maintenance and troubleshooting support of hardware, applications and software, including data management systems, and documentation control.  You are a confident and enthusiastic communicator, able to build rapport with customers and offer a "better than the rest" service.

You are probably a biomedical scientist with experience gained in a automated clinical chemistry laboratory.  This is a truly unique opportunity to make a difference.
