The Technical Services Engineer is accountable for the repair and maintenance of repairs both within the workshop and within customer accounts. You will be working mainly with the endoscopy equipment range.
You will make use of a wide array of knowledge, technical skills and critical thinking abilities to facilitate the fast turnaround of both quality checking of new product, and repair of items that have failed in the customer environment.
Responsible for trouble-shooting, maintaining and overall status of equipment, you will be able to improve quality by offering suggestions, act to meet customer’s needs, implement Quality improvements and assure “gold standard” in all aspects of the services provided by the company.
A confident communicator, comfortable in a hospital environment you have 2 years post qualification experience. Experience of project management and team leadership are desirable. Educated to degree level with experience in Electronics or fibre optics.
