About the company:

This is a rare opportunity to lead the Technical Services team as part of company’s senior management team, to ensure that customers receive the standards of service they need and expect and to achieve revenue and profit targets.
About the role:
You will be responsible not only for the UK but also 5 other EMEA countries (via local Management) providing support and guidance to all direct reports including recruitment, development, training etc. You’ll manage Workshop and Field based personnel always conscious of Regulatory and Quality issues and controls. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, your team provides customer techncial support and training to ensure products are used to their optimum and deliver complete customer satisfaction; Key Account visits will be part of your personal input.
About you:
You are a consummate professional with first rate interpersonal skills, proven ability to lead, influence and motivate with confidence and business acumen sufficient to devise and drive departmental strategy. Experience in a Technical Services role, ideally within medical devices, is fundamental to your success. You should be flexible, comfortable in different cultural environments and willing and able to travel, often at short notice.
