Are you an experienced Technical Sales professional with a fascination for new technology?
The company has exclusive rights to the commercial exploitation of intellectual property derived from work at "best in world" laboratories in the UK. Working closely with the technical inventors, the company's team progresses individual projects through various business models to the point of implementation as commercial licenses or as spin-out companies. A wide range of technical activities are covered but this role will focus on material science and micro & nanostructure research.
You will be selling world beating goods and services readily available for commercialisation. Whilst your experience ideally lies in micro- or nano-technology, or materials science, you must have a broader scientific understanding and interest extending beyond your core competency.
This unusual, challenging role is for a talented sales professional to seek out opportunities for KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER by selling the capabilities & intellectual property of the company. You can communicate at all levels from CEO to Technician, and manage sales from £100 to £10s of thousands. Given a high degree of autonomy you are driven by success but can maintain focus, planning effective sales & marketing campaigns with team members to maximise potential.
