Can you make the cut! This is a high profile broad ranging and responsible position with a privately owned supplier to the catering industry.

 

You will pick up the pieces of the quality procedures and create a cohesive watertight system suitable for modern manufacturing standards and ready to maintain an already high level of accreditation.

 

Ideally a qualified food technologist with strong micro skills you will have experience of managing quality systems and BRC as well as maintaining good levels of communication with suppliers and customers. Meat processing experience would be preferred.
