A customer facing technical and quality management opportunity for a highly successful bakery operation working closely with major multiples. You will take charge of all technical matters whilst developing a sound relationship with the customer. This will involve handling BRC accreditation and dealing with HACCP issues as well as NPD projects.
Suited to an experienced all round technologist with Food Science qualifications and an outstanding track record dealing with retailer customers.
