This worldwide market leader provides products and services to academic and government research institutions as well as pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.  An important acquisition has further strengthened the company’s position as a provider of diagnostic and cell separation technology.  

As Technical Support Specialist you will be based from their office on the Wirral although frequent on-site customer visits will be required across the UK.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales technical support for the company’s bead-based isolation technologies.
• Managing complaints and queries as well as acting as trouble shooter /problem solver.
• Conducting detailed product training seminars/works shops for customers.
