An exciting new role for a long established and highly reputable supplier of laboratory equipment to the pharmaceutical, medical and life science industries, a specialist in temperature control products and services.
You will lead and motivate the in-house Service Department, Field Engineers and external contractors as well as providing more advanced technical support to customers. Primarily office based you will be visiting customer sites on a regular basis taking responsibility for the resolution of all customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
