Flying high!

New and improved crucial customer support role for a specialist chilled food business. You will work very closely with top retailers to ensure that international suppliers are up to the task and kept on track through troubleshoot audits and regular contact. This is particularly important with new products and you will support NPD through critical pathway to launch.

You MUST have experience of dealing personally with major multiples and supplier auditing supported by formal food technology qualifications and solid understanding of quality systems and accreditation (BRC). This role involves regular travel, mostly UK.
