Market leading FMCG company looking to identify a dynamic, committed individual to help manage their factory operations.

With a working knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and previous experience in dealing with blue chip companies, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team or multi-skilled Technicians. You will ensure company targets are met, establish strategic department plans and continuously improving the performance of this highly motivated operating team.

You will have excellent organisation & communication skills, the ability to motivate your workforce and possess highly developed leadership skills. You will also have a strong pro-active approach to your work, with a self motivated, practical, hands-on attitude.

This will initially be a 6 month contract and has come about as a result of a recent change in shift pattern. Depending on how this shift pattern works out, this may or may not develop into a permanent position.
