Market leading FMCG company looking to identify a dynamic, committed individual to help manage their factory’s operations.

With a working knowledge of continuous improvement & modern manufacturing techniques, you will be directly responsible for leading and developing a smaller sized team of Supervisors and skilled Production Technicians. You will be focused and highly organised, ensuring production targets are achieved and strategic department plans are both established and followed. You will lead the company’s project improvement teams, taking direct responsibility for compiling annual budgets and continuously ensuring positive cross department relationships are maintained.

You will have excellent organisation & communication skills, the ability to motivate your workforce and possess highly developed man management skills. You will have a sound knowledge of how to manage a high speed, highly automated food production department and bring with you a strong pro-active approach to your work.
