Crucial office based service support role with a long standing international manufacturer and innovator in the laboratory sector, specialising in evaporators, separators, spectroscopy and related equipment.
You will manage the service workload including preventative maintenance contracts and also repair and service work. A pivotal point of contact between customers and engineers, handling customer enquiries and ensuring a smooth operation utilising modern practices and keeping up to date with new products.
Ideally you will be a graduate scientist/engineer with technical support/back office experience looking for an opportunity for greater responsibility with a major player.
