Enabling commercial healthcare entities to maximize their revenues and profitability, you will lead large transformation programmes; facilitating customer teams to improve clinical and operational efficiencies and processes in hospitals. You will be proficient in understanding the link between training courses and hands-on performance improvement, and you will individually drive improvements while supporting and coaching the greater team in delivery excellence.
Very strong client engagement skills at all levels in the hospital are required; from department teams to CEO. Building long-term and strong relationships with clients to protect against competitive threats, you will intimately learn your clients business to tailor an unrivalled package. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) &/or Work Out will be an advantage.
With a (minimum) degree level education, you will have proven consulting experience, and evidence of transforming culture and performance in healthcare companies. Covering the UK territory, ideally be based centrally or in the South with good motorway access and happy to travel.
