Due to internal promotion, there is an exciting vacancy now available in this well established, highly progressive, multi site organisation. This fresh new business is currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion and is now in search of an experienced senior manager to help manage and develop their production department.

You are a charismatic, dynamic, focussed individual with natural leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate. You have a solid food based production/operations management background and show loyalty and progression within your previous employment. A sound knowledge of continuous improvement and modern lean manufacturing techniques is important and you'll need the necessary skills and experience to develop both people and processes.
