This European company manufactures instruments that are used to support important aspects of food and pharma development from initial discovery phase to scale-up and, QC in production.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to manage sales of the company's equipment to customers in pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries. You will be responsible for formulating your own detailed business plan to maximize sales on your territory but work with other members of the broader customer support and product specialist teams to identify key contacts to fulfil specific needs and ultimately open up new business. The range is broad, but the focus is on the key technologies of evaporation and separation for research laboratories and NIR spectroscopy and reference methods for process QC.
To manage your territory (Southern UK) effectively you'll need to be an excellent negotiator, eager to keep up to date with technical innovations in order to offer the best service. Ideally from a chemistry background you should have a proven successful record in chemistry equipment sales. Personally you are flexible, self motivated and driven by success.
