Responsible for promoting innovative molecular, cell biology and bioassay products to customers in hospitals, universities, biotech and pharmaceutical companies, your customers are a wide variety of lab personnel from Bench Scientists to Heads of Department.  You're going to need excellent communication / negotiation skills, be well organized, self motivated and results driven to get the best from your territory. 

Of degree calibre you ideally have a proven sales record coupled with “hands-on” practical experience of cell culture and molecular biology gained in a lab environment.  However, commercially astute trainees with obvious drive and ambition should still apply!
