The company is a specialist Scandinavian medical device company with exciting and unique solutions for in vivo monitoring of organs, tissues and blood for conditions such as the early detection of secondary brain injuries, transplant rejection, and flap thrombosis. This small, very specialist market sector, has been addressed in the UK to date by direct sales from the parent company, but business has now reached a level where local management and support is necessary to fulfil future plans. They are now seeking an experienced salesperson for this role.
As Project Leader, you will be responsible for sales, marketing and technical support across the UK, working closely with the parent company to ensure growth objectives are met. As the role is nationwide, you will be expected to travel widely and stay away as necessary with an ideal base in the Midlands with good motorway access. Location however is not the key – your skills and motivations to succeed are.
It’s likely your NHS background will be in ITU or theatres, and you will have at least 3 years medical sales experience in devices or similar. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated and experienced clinical sale specialist with drive and commitment to develop their career, with the eventual plan to add additional staff to the team.
A negotiable salary up to £35K basic plus bonuses and package is on offer.
