This market leading business continues to go from strength to strength and requires an experienced Production Manager to join as an integral part of their management team. With your colleagues, you will be instrumental in managing the day to day operation to meet the production plan and to manage all aspects of safety, food safety, quality and manufacturing cost standards.

You will have previous chilled food management experience and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment towards people, quality and profit. You must also have a resilient, credible leadership style with the ability to inspire, coach and develop your team.

The ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative will also be a vital aspect of this role. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be at the sharp-end of a dynamic and growing food manufacturer.
