Make your mark!  An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Warehouse/Production Supervisor to join a very exciting chilled brand in a key period of growth and development.

You will be responsible for a team of around 20 people with the brief to supervise and motivate your team and maximise their potential. Best suited to an individual with spark and charisma supported by a track record of developing both people and process.

You will have previous experience in a supervisory capacity within FMCG as this is a high speed, short shelf life environment, so you must be quick thinking, organised and with excellent communication skills.  This is a day shift role on earlies or lates.
