This major British food group has a globally significant bakery ingredients business offering products and services to match the various cultural and operational needs of the countries which it serves.

This is an unusual and challenging opportunity to provide technical support and product advice to the flour confectionery and craft markets, helping adapt products and processes to suit local market conditions.  The role is commercially important too, as you will help develop customers’ use of materials through development of new products and hence grow the overall ingredients business.

You will be a qualified baker or other suitably experienced food industry professional with all round baking experience, but with significant expertise in flour confectionery and sweet pastry. Your experience with new product development and thorough knowledge of baking ingredients as well as the baking process means you offer valuable advice and troubleshoot customer applications.

You MUST be free to travel widely;  if there is a problem with the bakery in Mexico you need to be able to go when called!
