Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and corrective action as well as equipment modifications and/or retrofits as necessary. With qualifications in a technical / engineering subject you have significant, current related technical experience in an IT software & hardware environment including experience with operation & maintenance of Macintosh, Sun, VAX and IBM computers. Ideally you'll also have knowledge of SQL/Sybase or VMS, Unix, Macintosh and DOS operating systems.

Flexible and self-motivated, you have a keen Customer focus and have developed good interpersonal skills enabling strong relationships to evolve with both your customers and your team members alike.
