This world leader in advanced healthcare technology seeks an experienced engineer to support imaging equipment from a variety of manufacturers.
This challenging role involves:
- Troubleshooting complex multi-symptom problems.
- Interfacing with customer technicians and radiology departments.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Working to least cost using Material Cost Reduction (MCR) practices.
- Ensuring updates to system information e.g. service reports, preventive maintenance, site logs etc.
- Managing customer satisfaction at all times
Already working in a similar field service role you have an HNC (minimum) qualification in a relevant engineering subject. You MUST have medical x-ray experience.
