There is now a significant career opportunity for atalented marketer with proven ability, to manage the strategic marketing for a range of Automated Solutions for molecular biology for the research pharmaceutical markets working alongside the segment manager and other marketers as a team.

Success depends on your ability to develop and implement effective plans that balance global strategy with regional differences to get the best possible results – always with customer satisfaction in mind. You will be involved in positioning the automated instrumentation platforms and associated products into the pharmaceutical market, taking new products to market and increasing market leadership of the automated sample and assay technologies.

Able to bring an innovative approach you will be a strategically important part of the company’s business so you’ll need a minimum of 2 years proven success in marketing / selling instruments and consumables into the Life Science markets and hands-on experience of various molecular biology techniques would be a distinct advantage. Most importantly, you can make things happen through your effective communication skills. Free and flexible to travel widely there will plenty of pan-European travel as well as occasional visits further afield.
