Rare opportunity to join a burgeoning speciality operation at a critical stage of growth and development including significant new business with major multiples.

You will have considerable autonomy to ensure that manufacturing lives up to the highest expectations of food safety and quality through effective management of a skilled team. In order to maintain this level of technical excellence you will develop and enhance relevant quality systems and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded. Not a job for a desk flier - this is hands-on!

Suitable for a qualified food technologist with significant experience in chilled food manufacturing including management level responsibility and experience of handling top retailers in a positive and diplomatic style. Contract is likely to last 6 months.
