Based at the company's HQ you will be responsible for managing technical questions, troubleshooting and providing product support and training to their German speaking customer base throughout Europe with the added bonus of occasional field visits.
Probably PhD qualified in molecular biology (or similar) you have a strong hands-on lab background in genomics (microarray) coupled with some previous customer support experience. Fluent in both English and German, you can build rapport with your customers and offer them a "better than the rest" service.
