A leading force in life science research, this global company continues to innovate and develop technologies which expand scientific horizons.
This fascinating and important role will see you providing field based pre– and post-sale applications support and customer training to ensure successful introduction of the company’s DNA identification systems to the market place. You will work alongside your colleagues in sales providing the highest levels of expert technical advice to support customers with significant part of the role will be involvement with demonstrations, seminars, workshops and exhibitions both at customer sites and international congresses.
Probably PhD qualified in molecular biology coupled with practical experience of DNA technologies (sequencing, fragment analysis as qualitative and quantitative real time PCR), you are a confident and enthusiastic communicator, able to build rapport with customers and offer a "better than the rest" service. UK based, you'll need to be flexible to cover Nordics and Benelux or happy to relocate to one of these regions. A second European language can only be a bonus.
