A fantastic opportunity to join this market leader in the area of immunodiagnostics testing, providing on-site routine and preventive maintenance as well as troubleshooting problems and installing new systems.

Able to analyse and resolve problems quickly and efficiently, you will schedule your own workload with a high focus on customer satisfaction. There's also some involvement with customer training and technical support for the sales force.

As an ideal candidate you have:

an understanding of path lab analysers and the relationship between instrument and reagents
knowledge of NHS laboratories and an understating of LIMS is very useful.
computer hardware and networking skills.
ability to travel off territory when required to support other engineers and sales force.
good communication skills (essential).

You'll need a strong background in general laboratory instrumentation and a suitable qualification in a relevant technical discipline would be an isdeal, HNC/ONC/NVQ or higher. Covering a wide territory you'll need to flexible! This is a career enhancing opportunity for an ambitious FSE.
