A global leader in separation technology provides innovative life science products to the scientific community and is today part of one of the biggest global companies. This is a new and very key position, created to strengthen the exisiting talent in sales & marketing.
Working closely with local sales managers you'll develop & implement sales strategies, relevant to each region within EMEA. Your marketing flair will help identify local needs and thus enable successful development, execution & launch of regional strategies. Leeading a team of 10 (UK & German based), KOL and other project management plans will all be part of your remit.
To have the gravitas necessary, you are at least degree qualified probably in a life sciences subject, and further marketing qualifications can only be an advantage. Very familiar with this market from personal success in product marketing and sales, you are a proven man-manager with ability to lead, coach and mentor your team; your strategic ability is demonstrable.
Your energy, enthusiasm and ambition, combined with flexibility to travel and a generally pragmatic view, will enable you to develop your people and bring success and growth for all concerned.
