One of the world’s largest healthcare companies with a significant portfolio of systems and reagents for clinical pathology diagnostics.
This is a newly created role to seek out and develop new business in accounts where the company is less well known and there is scope for growth. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the business from prospecting to closing any deals you create! You'll be supported by a team of specialists, who have in depth product knowledge.
First and foremost you can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of NHS pathology services either from your personal work experience (BMSO/MLSO) or from a current sales perspective; importantly you will be thoroughly conversant with the tendering process.
An outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills you will be able to build fruitful business relationships with Clinical and Financial Managers. Tenacious and resilient, you will need good planning skills and the ability to organize your work load across a BIG territory, prepared to drive long distances and stay away from home when required (at least one day per week).
